Got some time to check what's going on. Rewards, Badges and Credits are still there. Different is amount, now you will need 1000 credits for level 1 exam. Credits are earned by participating in biddings, contests, successful passed exams, done jobs etc. You must have some membership, basic is enough.
Buy exam, refresh, activate it and choose your free exam in Exams section.
PHP - Level 1
I passed this years ago. Exam is still 15 minutes long and questions are the same.
